We’re excited to share an update on the great progress we’ve been making at Woodlands – as you will see in the video below, there’s been a lot going on!
The majority of homes in the sold-out Bluegum release are largely complete, and the neighbourhood is really coming to life as more new neighbours settle in.
Over in the Wattle release, the homes in Stage 1 and 2 are nearing completion, with all on track to be ready for hand over before the end of the year. With only one home remaining, there’s one last chance to secure a beautiful home that will be move-in ready before you know it. Better hurry, it won’t last long!
Construction on the Stage 3 homes are well underway, and are on track for completion in Q1 2025. Ranging in size from 202m² to 208m² and each coming with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, we’ve had very positive feedback on their open plan living on the ground floor opening and alfresco. With only three remaining

Looking further ahead, construction of the homes in Stage 4 and 5 are progressing well for an estimated Q2 2025 delivery date. The homes in Stage 4 offer great access to the park, whilst the premium Stage 5 homes feature larger designs in the highest point of the neighbourhood.
