Making Good Progress

As you’ll see in the video below, we’re well into our development programme at Eucalypt Grove and are making great progress in preparing the site for construction.
In exciting news, our civil works programme is on-track for practical completion in November. Our next steps from there will be to secure sub-division approval and land registration, with a view to commencing house construction in Q1 2025.
With Stage 1 house & land package prices starting from $893,420, and with the confidence of knowing that the site is progressing quickly, now’s a great time to secure your home. With only limited lots remaining, they’re not going to last long!
