Austral is located in the growing heart of south-west Sydney. It’s close to the M7 motorway to head into Parramaatta or the M5 to take you to Sydney Airport. Or, you can take the train into central Sydney from Leppington Station.
As well as easy access to transport, Austral offers peaceful residential living close to the scenic parks and nature reserves of the Western Sydney Parklands. There’s a public and Catholic school nearby as well as tertiary study options. Shops and medical facilities are already in place, with more in various stages of development.
Austral is just under 30 kilometres from central Parramatta and around 50 kilometres from central Sydney. Austral has great access to the M7 and M5 motorways as well as public transport options, including nearby Leppington Station.
Austral is a great place to find a quality home that’s ideally located for you and your family. With extensive walking and cycle trails just moments away in the Western Sydney Parklands, you’ll also be the first to enjoy new additions within the Austral Town Centre.
